L’IA a révolutionné la recherche médicale. Elle est aussi de plus en plus utilisée dans l’aide au diagnostic, avec, dans certains cas, davantage de précision que les humains. Mais des défauts d’entraînement des modèles d’intelligence artificielle peuvent provoquer des erreurs, voire des discriminations. Pourtant de plus en plus de patients se tournent vers des assistants virtuels qui dispensent des conseils… y compris en matière de santé mentale, non sans risques.
